Fixer Upper's Chip and Joanna Gaines buy 113-year-old estate in Waco featuring a chapel and nearby slave cemetery

Chip and Joanna Gaines have remodeled 100 homes on their HGTV series Fixer Upper, and they recently bought a 113-year-old house in their native Waco.

The Magnolia Homes owners acquired the pretty Bradshaw estate - a Greek Revival-style property dating back to 1903 - which was last listed for $498K.

The Texan couple can now host weddings at their very own chapel-gazebo right on the lush, two-acre grounds.

Right across the street, Chip and Joanna can visit the historic Cobbs-Walker Cemetery - built in 1853 - containing 21 graves of family members and several unmarked graves of former slaves.

And the Gaines' four-bedroom, 4,831-square-foot home - which includes an old, 800-square-foot 'servants quarters' - is located a hundred miles from cities Austin and Dallas.

The reality TV duo's four children - Drake, 10, Ella, 9, Duke, 7, and Emmie, 6 - will adore the cute columned playhouse.

Meanwhile, Chip and Joanna will find shade lounging on the lovely columned porches alongside their dozen animals.

There are more columns inside the Hillcrest Drive property featuring hardwood floors, vintage furnishings, three and a half baths, and a hot tub/spa.

The Gaines will enjoy making soul food in their country kitchen with an ornate recessed ceiling and marble-topped island.

'My greatest fear was that the house would fall to someone who didn't appreciate it or have the financial resources to continue to care for it,' previous owner Garry Dossey told the Waco Tribune.

'A 110-year-old house needs some care. I think the Magnolia people will have the resources to do it.'

The Waco dentist ominously added: 'It's been a labor of love. At times it's almost killed us.'

On Wednesday, Joanna was so charmed by the backyard's vintage-style thermometer, she shared a Facebook snap of the rising Texas heat.
