Axl Rose is having his big Guns N' Roses comeback.

Too bad he needed a wheelchair to do so.

During the rock band's Las Vegas performance on Friday night, the 54-year-old Paradise City hit maker had to be wheeled onto the stage as he broke his foot.

The person pushing the cart was not some old nurse, but rather a beautiful model in a skimpy outfit.

Axl pulled up his pant leg to show of his black cast on his left leg. He was dressed 90s rocker chic with a hat, studded leather jacket and black slacks.

Rose appeared to be in a good mood as he was put up on a custom-made thrown complete with a platform to put his cast up on.

That same day the Sweet Child Of Mine singer revealed he broke his foot and needed to have surgery to repair it.

The Guns N' Roses front man tweeted the news on Friday, writing: 'This is what can happen when you do something you haven't done in nearly over 23 years.'

The singer also shared a video to his social media on Friday with his doctor explaining the injury.

In the video, Dr. Rachel Triche, a foot and ankle specialist in Santa Monica, discussed Axl's injury, revealing that he 'sustained a fracture on the fifth metatarsal, which is one of the bones in his foot.'

To correct the fracture, Dr. Triche performed 'an open reduction internal fixation.'

This means she put the bone pieces back together, realigned them and used plates and screws to keep them in place.

The legendary rocker now has a cast on his foot while the injury heals but Dr. Triche explained that he can still perform, although he has to do it carefully.

'We're limiting how much weight he's putting on it so he's having his set I think designed so he can perform for everyone still,' Dr. Triche said.

Adding: 'He'll be limiting the weight on the front part of the foot for about four weeks and then we'll let him gradually progress from there so we can get him back to his stage ready action.'
