  • Now emerges he is living with Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon

'Like I've said a thousand times, I got his back no matter what!'

Manziel posted the same photoshopped image and wrote: 'Family Portrait forreaall.

'My bad V we were looking for some houses together didn't mean to get you caught up!

'Love you bruddah kill it tonight'.

According to ESPN Manziel is actually living with Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon in an apartment off Sunset Boulevard.

Gordon was suspended for the entire 2015 season after violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy but applied for reinstatement to the league earlier this year.

He is now waiting for his reinstatement from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell but Fox Sports reported he tested positive for marijuana last month.

The alleged failed test does not guarantee Gordon will remain suspended for a second consecutive season.

Johnny Manziel was earlier photographed leaving his favorite West Hollywood club The Nice Guy in the early morning hours of Monday, exactly one month after being cut by the Cleveland Browns.

Manziel seemed to be in a jovial mode as he posed for photographers and even played around with their camera equipment, all while dressed in the same shirt and pair of jeans he had worn out the night before to the same club.

The disgraced quarterback said over the weekend that he was living with Denver Broncos linebacker and Super Bowl MVP Von Miller while hinting that he would like to play alongside his new friend next season in the Mile High City.

Manziel shared the news about his alleged living situation while speaking with TMZ Sports on Saturday night.

He also called the Broncos a 'great organization,' but did not reveal much more than that or if there were any teams getting serious about signing the free agent.

Miller (pictured) earlier lobbied for Manziel to be brought on to the Super Bowl-winning team. He said: 'If I had to make my decision on it, he would already be on the Broncos'

'Anywhere I get picked up is a blessing,' said a surprisingly optimistic Manziel.

Miller previously lobbied for Manziel to join his team, who will have a big gap in the quarterback department in the wake of Peyton Manning's decision to retire from the sport.

'If I had to make my decision on it, he would already be on the Broncos,' he said to ESPN

The claim that Miller was living with Manziel however quickly came under fire, with Broncos reporter Mike Kils of 9 News calling out the quarterback for fibbing to TMZ.

'Talked to source close to Von Miller. Johnny Manziel is NOT living with Miller. Same city (L.A.). Not same home,' wrote Kils on Twitter.

'Dancing with the Stars is housing Von Miller and all contestants. "Dancing" is not housing Johnny Football.'

He later added; 'This should ease Broncos concerns. Von Miller doesn't need to be living with guy (Manziel) who struggles with temptation.'

Manziel was cut from the Cleveland Browns last month just two years into his four-year contract after he became better known for his partying that his actual game play.

Manziel's contract with the Browns was worth a reported $8.2million.

Despite being cut he was still entitled to $7.7million of that contract.

The 23-year-old also scored some of the most coveted, and lucrative, endorsement deals in the sports world after being picked up by Nike, McDonald's, MusclePharm and Snickers.

Shortly after being dropped from the team Manziel released a statement saying: 'I'd like to thank the Browns for the opportunity they gave me - nearly two years ago, we all hoped that we were building what could be a championship team for Cleveland.

Manziel has also been the subject of a criminal investigation by the Dallas Police Department into an alleged late night assault on 23-year-old Colleen Crowley on January 30.

It is claimed Manziel dragged her by the hair during a fight and hit her so hard she lost hearing in one ear.

The alleged attack ended at Crowley's apartment only after she pulled a knife out of her kitchen knife block and advanced toward him.

Manziel fled and Crowley ran for help to a neighbor's house.

The sportsman won the prestigious Heisman Trophy in 2012.

The Denver Broncos have won three Super Bowl championships including earlier this year when they defeated the Carolina Panthers 24-10.

After legendary quarterback Peyton Manning retired at the end of the season the Broncos traded for 29-year-old Mark Sanchez.

Because of his controversial reputation it is unlikely Manziel will be approached by the Denver-based team.
