  • Californian burger company responded by demanding clip be taken down
  • Firm, whose founders have Christian beliefs, say it goes against its image
  • In-N-Out said that it will likely file a lawsuit if suggestive clip is not removed

A burger chain has ordered a glamour model take down a video of her acting suggestively with a milkshake while wearing lingerie and a hat sporting its company name.

Los Angeles-based model Abigail Ratchford featured in the short clip, which shows her dripping an In-N-Out Burger milkshake over her body and throwing fries at the camera.

The Californian burger company, whose founders have strong Christian beliefs, has responded by hitting out at the video which they say goes against its image.

In-N-Out lawyers have also sent a letter to the model's producer, LiveRich Media, after the company received a series of complaints from customers, reported TMZ.

The company is allegedly frustrated that the video shows Ratchford, who boasts a staggering four million Instagram followers, in 'various sexually suggestive acts with In-N-Out Burger food.'

The paper also reported that In-N-Out said it will likely file a lawsuit if its demand is not met and the video is not taken down.

While some may see the video as a piece of free advertising, In-N-Out is reportedly worried customers may assume the firm is connected with the model.

They do not believe this will go down well with the image of the company, which is known for including bible citations in the small print of its food packages.

In-N-Out, which was founded by Harry Snyder and his wife Esther Snyder in 1948, has printed these citations for a number of years to reflect the family's religious beliefs.
