It is still relatively early in the season.

But things certainly seem to be heating up for the Dancing With The Stars cast.

Karina Smirnoff and Paige VanZant were just two of the stars seen leaving a sweaty session of moving and grooving during rehearsals for the ABC programme on Wednesday.

UFC fighter Paige, 22, opted for a more relaxed look as 38-year-old Karina was not afraid of flaunting her fabulous figure at the practice space in Hollywood California.

The Ukrainian beauty stunned in a black sports bra as her ultra toned abs could be seen in full-view along with matching harem pants.

Her brunette tresses were up in a messy bun as she accessorised with dangling earrings and a few chain necklaces.

Her contestant partner and former NFL star quarterback, Doug Flutie , was dressed in a grey shirt with matching sweatpants and trainers.

Paige wore a white vest over an intricate black bra, baggy black shorts and pink Reebok trainers.

Her blonde locks were pulled back in a ponytail as she sported natural, complimentary make-up on her face topped off with pink lip.

The UFC bantamweight's pro partner sported a plain black top, camouflauge Nike Tech Fleece trousers, and black Nike trainers.

The 29-year-old American dancer also wore a backwards cap, bandana tied around his neck and a gold chain necklace.

Also seen at the practice studio was deaf America's Top Model contestant Nyle DiMarco.

He showed off his bulging biceps in a clinging whtie vest and tiny black Nike shorts along with a backwards cap.

No doubt the cast were recovering from this week's shocking episode where they were forced to switch partners.

The celebrities had to perform one unlearned dance with a different partner selected by the viewers and though there was no elimination, it proved to be quite the challenge for some.

Dancing With The Stars continues on Monday Night at 8pm on ABC.
