Just when Cersei Lannister thought she was done with her Walk of Atonement.

Lena Headey has revealed she was 'shamed' by a Game Of Thrones superfan nurse while she was trying to breastfeed her daughter.

The 42-year-old told James Corden on Wednesday's Late Late Show about a 'lovely nurse' who was on duty after recent birth of her second child.

On the second day the actress noticed she was acting a bit weird, before she blurted out that she was a mega fan of the show, and the Queen Regent in particular.

The last time fans had seen Cersei, she was being paraded through the streets of King's Landing naked and shorn, and being pelted with filth, driven in front of the mean old bell-ringing Septa Unella shouting 'Shame! Shame! Shame!'

Lena revealed that because her daughter had jaundice and had to be kept in a bili bed, she was a little distressed.

'I was trying to breastfeed to calm her down, ' she continued. 'And - this is a lot of info for everyone - when you are in the early stages of breastfeeding you have to kind of get the milk in... and that takes a bit of 'hand milking' of sorts.'

Shame! The last time fans had seen Cersei, she was being paraded through the streets of King's Landing naked and shorn, and being pelted with filth, driven in front of the mean old bell-ringing Septa Unella shouting 'Shame! Shame! Shame!'

She revealed that her 'fellah' was trying to do it - badly - so the nurse suggested 'I think we should swap'.

'And I said yeah, because I was about to punch him, because it was like milking a goat. I was like "no, no: not a cow".'

But things got even weirder when the nurse took over.

'She came round and sat next to me and squeezed my nipple and went "Shame",' she recounted.

'And she was holding my nipple so I couldn't really... I was... and then she said it again.'

As soon as the nurse realised what she'd done, she buried her hands in her head and declared 'I can't believe I said that'.

Lena recently hit back at viewers who criticised her for using a body double for the season five finale.

Producers used CGI trickery to put her face on the naked body of Rebecca Van Cleave, who walked through the sea of jeering extras as the regal matriarch was punished by religious zealots in front of her subjects for her affair with twin brother Jaime.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, she said: '(I had some) really great (reactions). But some people thought I was less of an actress because I didn’t get my t*ts out.'

The mum-of-two adds that she gives her all emotionally to a performance - and felt she would have been too 'angry' by the gruelling three-day shoot to properly portray her cold, ruthless character.

'It was really a bit shocking. I’ve done nudity. I’m not averse to it. But I know I’m a very emotional actor and I get really driven by that. In order to do my job, I allow myself to be really vulnerable. I don’t know any other way to do my job. Things really affect me.

'And the thought of being naked for three days and trying to contain her in the way she would be I think I would feel very angry...'

Lena Headey drew the line at going completely nude for that Game of Thrones shaming scene, but she obviously doesn't mind flashing a little flesh on the red carpet.

Here Lena wore a sheer gown to the 65th Emmy Awards that showed rather a lot of skin beneath, although she paired it with high waisted spanx to ensure she kept her modesty.
