'People are p***ed': New mother Chrissy Teigen hits back at her followers on social media after she is slammed for going out to dinner without her baby

Chrissy Teigen has hit back at her followers on social media after they criticised her for going out for dinner, ten days after the birth of her daughter, Luna 

The 30-year-old posted a screengrab of some of the comments she received and wrote: 'I went to dinner. People are p***ed. Good morning!'

Some of the posts were rather vulgar in nature, but Chrissy has never been one to take things lying down.

She wrote: 'i never wanted to leave my daughter, i love her, BUT THAT'S JUST ME" - the passive aggressiveness is real!'

Before calling out some of the more crass posts, adding: 'talking about vagina smells in the comments. what in the.'

Adopting a light-hearted set of responses after sticking up for herself, the model and wife of John Legend replied to a fan who asked her what she has had for dinner.

She wrote: 'Seared scallops with leaks and potato puree. delicious!,' before adding: 'leeks* - i will never forgive my autocorrect for that one.'

Another wrote: 'How's baby Luna?' 

In true humour, she replied: 'i dunno i can't find her.' 

The criticism came after Chrissy and her singer husband John Legend, 37, stepped out for their first date night since welcoming baby Luna into the world when they visited The Nice Guy in West Hollywood on Saturday.

Chrissy Teigen may have only just had her baby but she’s already back in her Balmain!

It was impossible to tell that the model had recently given birth and was no doubt awake around the clock while caring for her pride and joy. 

Chrissy looked refreshed and full of energy as she emerged from the celebrity hotspot closely followed by her loving husband.

The beauty produced a trademark pearly white smile for the cameras as she exited the bar dressed in a billowing tan overcoat, a golden semi-sheer top and wet-look leggings.

Throughout her pregnancy Chrissy continued to cut a glamorous figure and it was clear she wasn't going to change that during the early stages of motherhood.

Her sleek blonde-tinted tresses were styled straight and perfectly complemented the rich tomes of her ensemble which was finished with a striking pair of metallic heels.

Musician John also looked in high spirits smiling while wearing a stylish leather jacket, plain black shirt and matching trousers.

A few days after welcoming their daughter, the couple announced her birth on social media.

'She's here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy,' Chrissy posted on Instagram along with an image revealing her daughter's birth weight of 6 pounds, 11 ounces.

They announced the pregnancy in October after Chrissy opened up about their fertility struggle and how she underwent IVF treatments.

The Lip Sync Battle host told People: 'I've made this decision...Not only am I having a girl, I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, "Let's put in the girl."'

Before saying that a son 'will come along', she added: 'It excited me to see... just the thought of seeing him with a little girl. I think he deserves a little girl. I think he deserves that bond.
