Lady Green the party-loving superyacht queen who pocketed £400m BHS cash: As 11,000 staff face the axe, Philip Green's wife lives on a gin palace in a tax haven. No wonder she's smiling

Lady Green, party-loving superyacht queen who pocketed £400m BHS cash

It is estimated that, since 2000, Philip Green (pictured left) has paid £400 million in BHS dividends to his wife, Lady (Tina) Green (left, centre and top right). Naturally, there is nothing illegal or improper about Lady Green setting up home on a superyacht moored off Monte Carlo (inset). But one could forgive the 11,000 BHS employees whose jobs and pensions are at risk - and who have no option but to pay the income tax due on their meagre wages - if they take a dim view of the decadent trappings of her Monaco lifestyle. Daughter Chloe (bottom right), 25, who appeared in the reality TV show Made In Chelsea, is said by friends to be the apple of Sir Philip's eye.

Hospitals braced for FIVE DAYS of chaos: A&E; prepares for patient surge as NHS reels from all-out doctor's strike and GPs shut for bank holiday weekend

Hospitals braced for five days of A&E chaos after doctor's strike

Casualty units are braced for a five-day onslaught from the sick in the wake of the doctors' strike. Most patients heeded warnings to avoid A&E; during this week's two-day industrial action. But those who stayed away are now expected to seek treatment and the surge is likely to last until Monday. Hospitals will be under extra pressure because of the closure of GP surgeries over the bank holiday. Staff must also rearrange 125,000 appointments and operations lost as a result of the all-out strike. More than 21,000 junior doctors walked out of hospitals yesterday and on Tuesday, the first time they have ever abandoned emergency posts.

'He looked at me and recoiled in horror': Father who lost three limbs and half his face to flesh-eating bug recalls heartbreaking moment his young son could no longer bear to kiss him

Alex Lewis who lost three limbs and half his face to flesh-eating bug speaks out

WARNING GRAPHIC CONTENT: Alex Lewis (pictured bottom left with fiancé Lucy and son Sam) was left fighting for his life after a common cold triggered a strep A infection, blood poisoning and toxic shock syndrome. Doctors gave him a three per cent chance of survival, but the now 35-year-old, from Hampshire, battled against the odds to make a remarkable recovery. Over the past two years he has endured countless gruelling operations to rebuild his face and learned how to walk again with prosthetics. Now, his extraordinary story will be told in a new documentary which begins just days after he was almost eaten alive. The show tracks his rehabilitation, during which he had to have multiple operations to reconstruct his face and re-learn to walk with two prosthetic legs. But it also reveals how his young son struggled to come to terms with his drastically altered appearance. As Mr Lewis admits in the documentary: 'I think if I was a three-and-a-half-year-old and I was looking at my father in this condition, then I would find it very, very odd and very strange. I miss that time with Sam and that closeness an awful lot, it's the one thing I think that gets to me the most. I'm making the biggest effort I can to look and be like the old me and try and rebuild that closeness between us.' And despite his hideous ordeal, Mr Lewis says he could not be happier - and describes the last two years as the 'the most tragic but brilliant' of his life. 'Our whole life has been turned upside down but for me, there's a lot of clarity. I feel I've experienced life and death and I am just so lucky to be here.'

KATIE HOPKINS: The families of the Hillsborough 96 found some comfort this week, in the inquest verdict and in each other. What a tragedy it isn't enough

The families of the Hillsborough disaster 96 found some comfort this week

KATIE HOPKINS: I've never really known grief. I have only watched quietly from the sidelines and it is a strange, uncertain thing. Loved ones are never far away to the people they leave behind. They are just around the corner, just next door, in the smell of their favourite perfume or the sound track of their favourite film. My husband describes it as living alongside your grief. He lost four of his siblings over fifteen years - before he reached the age of thirty. One to cot death, one to disease, one to pneumonia, his sister to a driver who was drunk. His two parents to follow shortly after. He says time is not a healer. Time is a teacher. And it has schooled him well how to live alongside almost constant death in life. Listening to a mother who lost her child in the Hillsborough tragedy, she said much the same. She said time does not heal. After 27 years, she was just learning to live with the pain.

The suspension came just hours before thousands gathered in the centre of Liverpool to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the worst tragedy to ever strike British sport. Marked by tears and cheers, the evening vigil (main and inset, right) also praised the tireless work of the families of the dead in finally achieving justice 27 years after Hillsborough.

Phil Collins puts his ageing face on his classic album covers

Phil Collins broke new ground when he re-released his back catalogue of albums earlier this month - complete with recreations of the classic covers using up-to-date photographs of his face (pictured bottom left). So we wondered how some of our other music legends, such as Blondie, The Rolling Stones and Toyah Willcox would fare if their albums were given the same treatment. Obviously, the music stands the test of time, but what about their faces?
