Natasha Argent, the sister of TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent, has come under fire from eagled-eyed fans who accused her of cheating during the London marathon over the weekend. The former Take Me Out star is being investigated amid the social media claims that the reality star's sister not only ran the distance in an incredibly fast time, but fans also noted that no times were lodged in the middle of the race. Time for the Virgin Money London Marathon were posted on its official website and are open to the public, meaning that fans who had paid an interest in Natasha's race were able to stumble upon the strange statistics.

Four-year-old sheepdog Pero was taken to his new home in Cockermouth, Cumbria, by farmer Alan James from the country village of Penrhyncoch, Wales, at the beginning of March. But on April 8, Mr James received a phone call to say that four-year-old Pero had gone missing while herding sheep and was nowhere to be seen.

The head of Canadian tourist John Risdel, (right) 68, was found on a street in the town of Jolo on Monday. Risdel was kidnapped last September along with another Canadian and a Norwegian by the Muslim terror group Abu Sayyaf. The family of the British father and his two children who died in a car crash (top right) in France at the weekend have spoken for the first time of their devastation. 'Our lives have been torn apart and will never be the same again. We have lost the heart of our family,' the family said in a statement. John Crompton, 31, (bottom right) died with his two children Morgan Lund, nine, and Evie-Lily Crompton, (both pictured left) four, in a car crash in France. Makayla Lund (bottom far right) was taken to hospital with minor injuries after being pulled alive from the vehicle.

Generous strangers touched by the tragic death of a 'hero' Army Captain David Seath, 31 (right), who collapsed and died just three miles short of the London Marathon finish line (inset) have raised £116,000 in his honour. Captain Seath, who served in Afghanistan and was due to be promoted to Major this year, collapsed in front of spectators after suffering a suspected cardiac arrest at the 23-mile mark in Upper Thames Street yesterday lunchtime. Now, kind-hearted members of the public have raised an astonishing £116,000 in just ten hours for Help for Heroes - the charity he was trying to raise just £200 for by running the marathon. Donations have poured into two JustGiving page at a rate of 25 a minute, with hundreds leaving heartbreaking tributes to the 'happy and jolly' soldier who spent his last hours joking around with his fellow runners. Captain Seath, described by his comrades as 'an outstanding commando officer and a true gentleman', leaves behind his girlfriend and the 'love of his life' Gaby Judd (pictured together left), as well as parents Libby and Pete and his brother Gary. Paying tribute today, his mother said: 'David has achieved more in 31 years than most people do in 70. He lived his life on the edge and to the full. He was running to raise money for Help for Heroes, a cause which was very important to him.'

The word 'negro' had to be removed from a painting (ringed and inset) inside Kensington Palace at the last minute before the Obamas arrived for their informal dinner with the royals. Maisie Williams - who plays Arya Stark in the hit HBO series - was up to another trick on Sunday as she surprised UCLA students by crashing a viewing party they'd thrown to celebrate the launch of season six. Documenting the evening's events on Instagram, the 19-year-old actress revealed started the hoax by sending out an innocent tweet to track down some lucky fans. The bizarre incident - which happened on Thursday in Beijing, China - was originally thought to have been caused by the stallholder giving the customer the wrong flavour of bun. But the hawker later explained that the man (left) was furious after a row with friends and took his anger out on her stall. He crushed each bun one-by-one, while she tried to tidy away the mess. Beijing Chaoyang police are aware of the incident but it is not clear whether they will press charges. After the footage went viral on social network Weibo, users called for the offender to be arrested.

A young footballer with Premier League leaders Leicester narrowly escaped a horrifying accident as he emerged from a helicopter ferrying the side's stars to an awards ceremony. Demarai Gray appeared to be walking into the spinning tail rotor of the helicopter moments after it came into land at London's Battersea Heliport. Firefighter Vincent Pashko was among several others trying to contain a grass fire in St Albert, Canada, when a massive fire tornado developed overhead forcing Pashko to dive into a nearby river. Pashko's battalion was working to put out a grass blaze that started after a campfire got out of hand. Once on scene, the winds swept up the blaze into a funnel and as the firefighters tried to outrun the tornado Pashko got separated and the fire began swirling straight for him. Just as the cyclone overtook him, he jumped into the Sturgeon River, escaping the blaze.

Incredible photographs charting the illustrious career of a decorated Royal Navy hero have gone up for auction. The stunning collection spanning the career of Captain Basil M Peck MBE throughout his service from 1906 until 1947, features photographs taken aboard world-class naval warships including HMS Powerful, HMS Royal Sovereign, HMS Renown, and HMS Courageous. With dramatic scenes of boats struggling against dangerous swells and accidents out at sea, the collection also includes views of Captain Scott's Terra Nova expedition ship departing Melbourne in 1910, close-up views of a torpedo being launched, and images of the Italian liner Ausonia burning in Alexandria harbour. The lot of 150 images will be auctioned by Chales Miller Ltd, the only specialist house in London dedicated to the sale of maritime and scientific antiques, collectables, paintings and works of art.
