Aftercluv Dancelab, Universal Music Latin Entertainment's dance music imprint, is strengthening its crossover power with the signing of David Solano, the massive touring festival Life in Color’s resident DJ.

Solano, who was born in Bogota, grew up in Miami. He was recently featured in the lineup at Storyland 2016 in Cartagena, Colombia.

Aftercluv’s artist roster also includes Corpus Christi DJ El Dusty, Brazil’s Marcelo Cic, Spain’s Juan Magan, and 3BallMTY, the Monterrey, Mexican trio that debuted with the hit “Inténtalo.”

Citing Aftercluv’s “strategic position in the global dance community,” Solano said that the label is “the perfect platform to take my career to the next level.”

His first release on Aftercluv is expected in early June.
