For nearly 20 years, Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men have held the record for the longest-leading Hot 100 No. 1: the acts, who dominated the charts in the '90s, teamed up for the superstar ballad "One Sweet Day," which reigned for 16 weeks in 1995-96.  Seven other songs share second place with 14 weeks at No. 1 apiece, including one more each for Carey and Boyz II Men and, most recently, Mark Ronson's "Uptown Funk!," featuring Bruno Mars.
