The Logie Awards are known as the TV industry's night of nights.

But it seems on Thursday morning, one radio station beat Channel Nine to the punch, with Triple M's breakfast show The Grill Team seemingly announcing a number of winners ahead of Sunday's awards show.

According to their insider, named Supergrass - a British slang term for an informant - they knew the winner of the penultimate Gold Logie Award, as well as viewer voted categories such as: Best Presenter, Best Drama Program, Best Entertainment Program and Best Sports Program.

Have the winners been announced? Triple M's The Grill Team may have given away the game on Thursday morning, with a radio stunt announcing some of this year's Logie Award winners, four days ahead of the event

Rather than worrying about the potential spoilers in the segment - which may be a well planned radio stunt - TV Week editor Emma Nolan appeared tickled by the talk, telling Daily Mail Australia in a statement: 'We love a bit of speculation.'

'Is he on the money? You'll have to tune in on Sunday night to find out!' Emma added.

With a distorted voice, the anonymous reporter told co-hosts Matty Johns, Gus Worland and Mark Geyer that Waleed Aly would miss out on the Gold Logie to his co-host Carrie Bickmore, who took out the same award last year.

However, he's not set to walk away empty handed, with the popular personality understood to win in the Best Presenter category - beating out Carrie, Lee Lin Chin, Grant Denyer and Amanda Keller.

Not going away empty handed: Carrie's co-star and fellow Gold Logie nominee, Waleed Aly, may miss out on the big award of the night but according to Supergrass he won't be empty handed, winning Best Presenter

While Home And Away is understood to have pipped it's competition at the post, beating 800 Words, A Place To Call Home, House Husbands and Love Child for Best Drama Program.

The popular soap is considered the most successful recipient of Logie Awards, with a tally of 45 Logies-to-date for the show and its equally popular cast.

The Voice Australia is set to continue it's recent ratings high by following up with a second Logie Award win in the Best Entertainment Program category.

Last year, the show took home the industry voted gong for Most Outstanding Entertainment Program.

Drama-filled show! Home And Away is set to score another win for Best Drama Program, notching up an impressive 46th Logie Award for the show

Last week, coach Joel Madden spoke of his desire to have another statue, after winning the Logie for Best New Talent in 2013.

He admitted in an interview with TheFIX last Friday: 'I made little outfits for my Logie, I named him and he lives with me. I take him places'.

If true, they will have beaten out fellow nominees Family Feud, Gruen, Have You Been Paying Attention? and The X Factor for the win.

According to the insider, Matty Johns and Mark Geyer's former colleagues beat their competition for the Silver Logie, including: AFL 360, The Marngrook Footy Show, The AFL Footy Show and Wide World Of Sports.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Logie Award producers for comment.
