Her engagement ring to José 'Pepe' Bastón has been noticeably absent in recent days.

And Eva Longoria's usual bling was once again missing from her left hand as she made a glamorous arrival at the Latino Victory Foundation's Latino Talks event at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre in Washington DC on Wednesday.

The 41-year-old actress looked incredible in a monochrome top and a smart pencil skirt as she made her way into the venue, her lack of ring evident as she flashed a breezy wave.

Eva was every inch the business mogul in her power-dressing ensemble, teaming her floaty top featuring an asymmetric hemline with a more structured skirt.

The knee-length black garment was set off with simple black stilettos, and her waist was cinched in with a matching leather belt.

Former Desperate Housewives star Eva upped the glamour thanks to a matte make-up look and wore her dark hair down loose.

The television mogul - who has branched out into humanitarian work and producing in recent years - was giving a talk in the capacity of her role as a Latino Victory co-founder.

Eva got engaged to her partner Pepe last year, two years after the pair were introduced via a mutual friend.

The Telenovela star previously revealed they didn't hit it off immediately and it took a second meeting for them to feel a connection.

'I was getting out of a bad relationship, and he was getting out of a relationship, so there wasn't a connection,' Eva recalled to People.

But six months later, there were 'immediate sparks' when the couple became reacquainted.

This will be the Golden Globe nominee's third time down the aisle following marriages to General Hospital star Tyler Christopher and Spurs point guard Tony Parker.
