'The cast of Home And Away have got a lot of stamina': Industry insider dishes the dirt on Logies afterparties... as it's revealed Manu Feildel 'loves a bit of a dance'

It may be Australian television's night of nights, but it looks like the real party begins after the TV Week Logie awards.

TV Week editor Emma Nolan has revealed that the afterparties hosted by the main television networks generate some very interesting stories as small screen stars let their hair down.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, Nolan said: 'The dance floor at the Seven party is always packed. The cast of Home And Away have got a lot of stamina'.

And it's not just the soap stars who know how to have a good time, with Nolan adding: 'Manu (Feildel) loves a bit of a dance too'.

Not one to dismiss the other networks' festivities, Nolan gave Channel Ten's soiree a nod for its dessert bar, while Channel Nine's bash was applauded for its DJ.

Explaining it's the 'hottest ticket in town', she admitted she has names across the industry begging for an invite to the prestigious Logie Awards right up until the very last minute.

Previous years have proved that plenty of drama and free-flowing drinks are involved when it comes to the famous Logies afterparties.

Speaking to KIIS 106.5 FM's Kyle and Jackie O show last year, My Kitchen Rules judge Manu Feildel said he was up for most of the night after the awards show, where Australia's TV finest let their hair down.

'Not really [pull an all-nighter] but we didn't really get much sleep last night,' he explained.

An inquisitive Kyle joked: 'Which Home And Away star did you wake up with?'

But Manu, who is engaged to Clarissa Weerasena, said the only person he got close to was his charming co-host, Irish chef Colin Fassnidge.

He was due on air at 7.30am but decided to stop-by ahead of schedule at 5.30am tweeting, 'Karl Stefanovic and I shouldn't be on TV at the moment but it happened'.

This year the Logies will be held at Melbourne's Crown Entertainment Complex, with some popular faces nominated for the coveted Gold gong.

The Project's Carrie Bickmore will go head-to-head with co-host Waleed Aly, as well as fellow nominees Lee Lin Chin from SBS, The Block host Scott Cam, Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries actress Essie Davis and Family Feud host Grant Denyer.
