The 37-year-old actress looked ready for a glamorous evening on Thursday as she accessorized with a chic silver clutch and pointy nude heels.

The blonde beauty styled her hair in loose curls as she swept it all to one side.

Operation Smile is hosting the 2016 New York Smile Event in New York to celebrate over 240,000 life-changing surgical interventions.

They aim to help people born with birth defects, in this case clefts.

These children can face uncertain futures due to limited access to healthcare and lack of financial resources and Operation Smile believes every child deserves exceptional surgical care.

The prestigious black tie evening consisted of a cocktail reception, a premier dinner, a live auction and lots of entertainment.

Kate was an honoree at the event and received the Universal Smile Award.
