It was announced in January that the fashion designer and mogul is expecting her first child with husband James Rothschild.
Nicky and the British banking heir wed in a lavish ceremony at the Orangery at Kensington Palace in London in July.
The couple - who will welcome their first child sometime in the next few months - enjoyed a night out at the Fashion Institute of Technology Gala on Monday.
