She's currently judging starry-eyed acts on Britain's Got Talent.

But Amanda Holden decided to spend some quality time honing her own physique as she displayed the results of her fitness efforts from her five day Prestige Boot Camp break in sunny Portugal.

The 45-year-old TV personality took to the beach in a tiny sports bra, which flashed her toned tum and impressive muscles, as she slurped on a green juice.

Amanda's skimpy top clung on to her figure and featured a plunging element, ensuring there was plenty of skin on show as she topped up her tan.

Holding on the natural juice drink in one hand, she flexed her biceps whilst holding a baton in the other.

Looking effortlessly chic, she tied her blonde tresses up in to a messy loose-lying bun and adorned her make-up free face with cool tinted aviators.

'Beautiful day for a quick burn #bootcamp @staff_r_prestige_boot_camp #portugal #sunshine,' she enthused about her activities, as waves rolled in behind her.

Since Monday, she has littered her Instagram account with other snaps of herself enjoying the fitness resort.

In one image she struck a pose with her gal pals on a set of stairs emerging from a cave and captioned it: 'Hiking and juicing with girls @theangelagriffin @sarahparish23 @flipflop1973 Charlie Condou @officialnicstep @PrestigeBC @Staff_R_Prestige_Boot_camp'.

If hiking wasn't enough, the squad took part in a yoga class where they put their feet together in a circle and leaned back.

She also received nutritional advice and shared a collage of the fresh looking food she had consumed which consisted of soup, drinks, fish and more.

In 2014, Amanda revealed that she replaced her Botox appointments with a new type of collagen facial.

The doing mother-of-two looked the epitome of glamour at last week's BAFTA TV Awards, where she stepped out in a decadent white dress that came complete with a floaty chiffon cape.

The ensemble was embellished with delicate silver detailing and fell in swathes around her feet with a fishtail finish.
