Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted puffing on his large battery-powered atomizer - aka e-cigarette or vaporizer - during a stroll through Manhattan on Wednesday.

Considering how much the 41-year-old vegetarian advocates for climate change as a U.N. Messenger of Peace, it's ironic he pollutes his own body with tobacco.

The Revenant actor - who vaped through the SAG Awards - seems to be more attached to his vape pen than any hot model he's dated.

But while smoking causes 480K annual deaths in the States, Public Health England claimed last summer that vaporizers are 95 percent less harmful than ordinary cigarettes.

On August 9, the FDA will officially begin regulating, and therefore restricting, the sale/distribution of e-cigarettes.
