My partner and I stayed here for three nights and although the place itself is lovely. The staff, in particular the manager is terrible!! Don Carlos is located in the historical town, great location, in a beautiful old house. As you want to visit Ciudad Bolivar it's a fair choise, despite the inconvenience to have a drunk person knocking the door of my room midnight I've enjoyed the area. Martin is a nice guy and knows the place. He has good contacts and can help with money exchange if needed (this can be super helpful since its basically impossible to get money in Venezuela at the moment if u didnt bring enough dollars with you)
