Mad Men style! Busty January Jones adds a feminine touch to her sharp suit by flashing her cleavage as she makes an elegant appearance at TV event

She was surrounded by sharply-dressed gents on the set of Mad Men.

But January Jones gave her former on-screen husband Don Draper a run for his money as she arrived at TV event in androgynous style.

The stunning blonde actress, 38, swapped the feminine ensembles of her character Betty Draper for an altogether more business-like approach to dressing.

Smarten up in tailoring by Smythe this season

The French town of Cannes may be overrun with celebrities at the moment thanks to its annual film festival but there are still stars-a-plenty back in New York.

The television upfronts season so far has seen Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, Elizabeth Hurley and Vanessa Hudgens all make an appearance and yesterday January Jones joined the gang.

The Mad Men actress looked her usual pretty self but she opted for a slightly androgynous ensemble in a tailored trouser suit by Smythe. A sharp blazer can smarten up any look and we love this floral jacquard version.

If you do too then why not give your spring wardrobe an update and click (right) to buy it now? It's available at Blue and Cream and will look so chic with a pair of skinny jeans and a simple tee this season.

January looked sensational in the fitted white silk suit, but added a girly touch with a plunging neckline at the Fox Networks Upfront Presentation Party in Central Park.

The actress kept her make-up and hair simple, wearing her blonde locks up while she added a daring red lip.

Rounding off the look, she added a killer pair of heels.

Her choice of easy elegance has been explained by the mum of four-year-old Xander, who recently revealed that she has less time to spend getting ready for events.

Talking about motherhood to People, she said: 'I am definitely more efficient with my time, but I am still pretty regimented in my routine, so the difference now is that he’s added in.

'I like having my baths, and he takes them with me.'

And the secret behind her flawless complexion? The star is a devotee of pricey night cream Sisley’s Supremya.

She explained: 'My night cream, which I've used for a long time, is Sisley Supremya.

'It's the perfect amount of moisture, and it's anti-aging, too. I feel like my skin hasn't changed since I started using it. I'm afraid to stop using it, in case my face melts like a candle!'
