In a post entitled 'getting lean', she said: 'I remember a few years ago, I thought that in order to look "toned" I had to do some sit ups, go for a #run and cut out #carbs for a few weeks.

'I never reallyyyy looked any different, although I usually felt a lot better in my bikini for the first couple days of a holiday.

'Three and a half years ago, I found myself in an unexpected work lull for about 2 or 3 weeks, and that's when I started really #training . I was bored, I was interested, I wanted to see if I could actually do anything to my #body in this time

'Common sense told me that in order to achieve anything at all, I was going to have to commit to a good #diet.

'I ate CLEAN, lots of #veg, #chicken , #fish , Greek yoghurt, #nuts , the only starchy #carbs I ate were #oats and #bananas , oats for #breakfast and bananas when my energy was lagging, usually before a #workout.'

Adding: 'I didn't count #calories. I had no idea what #macros were. I just ate 5 times a day, meals and snacks, and I #trained once a day, lifting #weights and doing 15-20mins #HIIT

'In 3 weeks my #body COMPLETELY changed.

'#weight lifting had torn my #muscle, growing it, albeit to a very minor degree in 3 weeks, but making me finally look "toned"

'Lifting had increased my #metabolism , so even though I was eating a lot, it was being put to very good use, also made easier for my #body because I was eating all good stuff that it actually NEEDED.

'The #HIIT had decreased my #fatty deposits and there was no doubt about it, I looked smaller, #tighter , I looked, for the first time in my life, like I #trained.

'If you want to look "toned" , #lean , tight, you HAVE to start resistance training.

'By all means start with #body strength (my 15 minute #fat loss app is all about body strength circuits that burn fat simultaneously due to the HIIT structure) , but you should be moving onto #weights at some point.

'I now do HIIT (my app or sprints) for 15-20 minutes every morning before breakfast. I lift weights every evening before dinner. I do this 6 days a week, but 4 will suffice.

And after the successful launch of her latest fitness app, she was thrilled to discover that two of her downloads had ended up in the charts.

Clearly in the mood to celebrate, the TV presenter was seen enjoying a romantic afternoon with England rugby player James Haskell, 31, packing on the PDA as they enjoyed a passionate smooch during a lunch date.

Earlier this week, Chloe spoke of her battle to rebuild her confidence after criticism and trolling on social media.

She told Closer magazine: 'People hated me from the start, just for being Richard and Judy's daughter - I'd get s**t for saying I wanted to work in TV.

'I was so unhappy in my teens and early 20s, I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life and I was getting all these mean comments from people who totally destroyed my confidence.

'It's taken a lot of hard work to get here and I'm finally confident enough to not let these bullies bring me down.'
