Pedophile Subway spokesman Jared Fogle has refused to pay one of his victims compensation - despite the disgraced pitchman soliciting secret videos of her when she was a child,

The victim, identified as a Jane Doe, filed a federal lawsuit against Fogle and his former business partner Russell Taylor in March.

Millionaire Fogle, 38, appeared in court on Monday demanding the girl's lawsuit be thrown out and the girl awarded nothing, Daily Mail Online can disclose.

He claims he has already compensated her as part of a plea bargain which led to him being jailed.

His net worth was estimated at $15 million before he was jailed.

The girl says that between March 2011 and January 2015, she was a repeated guest at Taylor's home, and later learned that he had installed hidden cameras throughout the house to capture the minors changing their clothes and bathing.

The cameras were concealed in clock radios and other areas throughout the home, the lawsuit says.

Taylor allegedly captured nude video footage and photos of the girl and other minors who visited.

The girl has sued Fogle for soliciting the videos from Taylor and demands at least $150,000 from both parties.

The lawsuit alleges invasion of privacy, emotional distress, negligent supervision and negligence.

Fogle admits that Taylor installed the hidden cameras and captured videos of the children while they undressed in his home and that Taylor distributed some of the material to him.

The former Subway spokesman also says he did not do anything to prevent the surveillance from happening in the future when he learned Taylor was secretly recording children.

He claims, however, that he was not aware that the material he was given contained images or video of Jane Doe.

Fogle says that the girl does not deserve any more money, as he already paid her $100,000 in damages as part of a plea agreement he reached with the court.

He believes that he is entitled to a setoff for all amounts paid to Jane Doe or for her benefit pursuant to the court's sentencing order.

The convicted felon has asked that the suit be thrown out and the child porn victim be awarded nothing.

Fogle was sentenced to 15 years in prison in November after pleading guilty to one count each of distributing and receiving child pornography and traveling out of state to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.

His associate Taylor is currently serving 27 years in a federal prison for producing child pornography.

Fogle admitted to paying for sex with girls as young as 16 and receiving X-rated images and videos secretly recorded by Taylor, the former director of The Jared Foundation, a nonprofit Fogle started to raise awareness and money to fight childhood obesity.

Authorities said Taylor filmed 12 minors as they were nude, changing clothes, or engaged in other activities using hidden cameras in his Indianapolis-area residences to produce child pornography.

Prosecutors said that Fogle received photos or videos from Taylor of eight of those 12 youths, and that some of those images were of girls as young as 12.

In January, Fogle, a father-of-two, was beaten bloody in a prison yard by fellow inmate Steven Nigg.
