Loved-up Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom continue their romantic displays as they enjoy intimate dinner date in Cannes

They've been near inseparable since going public with their romance earlier this year. 

And the loved-up displays between Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom just keep on coming - particularly during their recent getaway to Cannes - as the couple enjoyed a romantic date night at the city's famous eatery Michelangelo on Wednesday evening. 

The pair looked to have enjoyed some alone time as they headed off in an awaiting car, California Gurl hit-maker Katy clad in a typically loud ensemble for their meal.

The 31-year-old singer maintained her typically outlandish sense of style for dinner and brought a sultry lace blouse and black blazer to life with over-sized hooped earrings that were emblazoned with multicoloured studs. 

The American pop star ensured her raven tresses were tamed in the balmy climes by slicking her locks back into a wet-look ponytail. 

Orlando kept his style equally playful in a red leopard print short-sleeved shirt that was layered beneath a black gilet and above a simple white T-shirt.

The look was almost identical to that Orlando, 39, sported earlier in the day as he and the Roar singer soaked up the sights together.  

While the couple usually aren't adverse to packing on the PDA, the duo seemed more coy during their night out on the town as Katy attempted to conceal her face once the duo sat in the back of their vehicle. 

The twosome first sparked rumours of a connection when they were seen getting flirty at The Weinstein Company and Netflix Golden Globe Party.

Since then, the duo have enjoyed a Hawaiian vacation and attended numerous events together, while attempting to keep a low profile.

Orlando was previously married to supermodel Miranda Kerr from 2010 to 2013, and they have son Flynn Bloom, five.

Katy was wed to Brand from 2010-2012.

The pair recently brushed off claims Orlando was reportedly seen kissing songstress Selena Gomez just days previously.

Sources told TMZ that the twosome simply went to get food with friends and that there were others in the car with them when they left the hotel. 

However, Katy took to Twitter, appearing to call rumours that Orlando had 'cheated' on her with Selena a 'dumb conspiracy'.

The Californian then posted a series of tweets supporting her beau Orlando as UNICEF goodwill ambassador.

The pair were also spotted kissing and cuddling on board Roman Abramovich's mega-yacht Eclipse at the French Riviera resort on Sunday, proving there was no truth to the Selena rumours.
