Stephanie Davis has unveiled her phenomenal new bikini body after shedding a stone last month. 

Sexy bikini shots show the former Hollyoaks star exhibiting her fit physique - taken shortly before revealing she was carrying on/off beau Jeremy McConnell's baby in a now-deleted Instagram post.

The 23-year-old actress looked worlds away from her troubles while smouldering for the shoot, where she posed in various swimsuits including a retro number and a simple white two-piece.

Stephanie oozed sexy appeal as she showed off the sensational results of the Complete Detox Diet in which she shed a stone using Forza Shake It Slim meal replacements. 

In a shock before and after comparison, the diminutive beauty was seen sporting a fuller figure in an earlier shot before flaunting her taut frame in a tiny white bikini. 

Another image saw the stunning star pose in a cut-out swimsuit with a bold coral top-half and a block bottom half in black - showing her slender legs and perky bust.

Despite standing poolside, she slipped into a pair of height boosting black court shoes, which acted to emphasise her legs and slender physique.

Stephanie said of her diet: “I decided it was time to start looking after myself better, so I started reducing the carbs and using Forza Shake It Slim shakes.. The kind of figure I've got now is my healthy weight and can be easily maintained. It’s womanly and curvaceous but still quite toned with no belly roll of flab.”

The insider tells the Daily Mirror: 'She was shocked when she discovered she was pregnant, they hadn't been trying but they hadn't exactly been careful. 

'Stephanie was desperate to see Jeremy and break the news face to face. He point blank refused - in fact - he doesn't believe that she is pregnant and it's breaking her heart. 

'She is determined to raise the child alone. Hopefully this will sort her head out - she has just been left to cope with this all by herself. Jeremy won't take her calls.'

'Heartbroken. Pain I can't understand or deal with. ... Is what im@foinf (sic) through now. Utter heart break. He never wanted a smaller (child) in a broken home ... He won't be there only for the baby ... Not me. I'm@ledt with motoring/empty despair and truly empty. Pain I could never describe (sic).' 

Jeremy has since revealed he will "do anything" for his former girlfriend 'if she stops drinking and partying while "pregnant"'.
