Scott Disick's hard partying ways could be taking a serious toll on his health.

It has been reported that the 32-year-old reality star is suffering from kidney problems and that his heavy drinking is only making the problem worse.

Sources are claiming that the father-of-three has been warned several times that if he doesn't stop he will need a liver transplant or dialysis.

'His drinking is making it worse' an insider told Us Weekly.

The source goes further to say that Scott's ex-girlfriend Kourtney, 37, along with her sisters Kim, 35 and Khloe, 31, are all concerned by his drinking.

A rep for Scott told Us Weekly it's 'not true' that he's ill.

Scott shares Mason, six, Penelope, three and one-year-old Reign with his ex longtime girlfriend.

His struggles with substance abuse have been well documented on E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The TV star checked into rehab in October, staying at Cliffside Malibu, following reports his drink and drug use was getting out of control.

At the time Us Weekly reported that he was taking cocaine, Xanax and Ativan and also drinking to excess during his long, wild benders.

And it was also claimed that Scott was taking even more pills when he got ready for bed. 'He takes Ativan to knock himself out at the end,' said a friend at the time.

In 2014 Scott was rushed to the ER after suffering the side effects from a night of partying and taking multiple sleeping pills.

It was also claimed that Scott's ex Kourtney as well as her sisters Kim and Khloe, are concerned for his health

He told E! cameras at the time: 'I just thought that was gonna be my time.'

In March Scott defended himself after he was criticized for drinking in Mexico. He told People that his rehab stint was primarily for his sleeping pill addiction and not booze.

'The truth is I never lied and said that I was never going to have a beer again,

'I went in for a lot of different reasons,' the father-of-three said. 'My biggest thing was that I was very addicted to sleeping medication. And now, it's fine.'

And he added: 'The truth is rehab did help me and now I'm just trying to be responsible.

I'm not out here trying to get wasted, but you know what, I will have a beer on the beach. I'm not doing drugs, I'm not doing anything insane, so I think people just need to relax... I just want to try to live my life.'

Scott has been pictured out partying with Kourtney's sister Kendall and mother Kris Jenner in recent days as the family enjoy the glitzy Cannes Film Festival events.

The playboy was also seen cuddling up to young model Ellen Robinson in a poolside cabana on Monday.

After heading to Gotha nightclub the same night, Scott got caught up in an argument with a luxury car driver outside the venue.

In chaotic scenes he appeared disheveled as he was held back by a bodyguard.
