Rosie slicked her blonde locks back to highlight her stunning dress, while she accessorised with a pair of gorgeous diamond drop earrings and an equally sparkly clutch bag.
The amfAR fundraiser, which raises money for AIDs research, will see the likes of Katy Perry perform for the A-list crowd, while Adriana Lima will co-chair the event.
After posing up a storm on the red carpet, the celebrities make their way into a lavish dinner which is followed by a no expense spared auction, with last year's event raising a staggering $30 million.

The event, which takes place just outside of Cannes, will also feature Kirsten Dunst, Vanessa Paradis and Donald Sutherland who are serving as chairs for the Cannes Film Festival Jury
Rosie recently revealed she's been sticking to a gruelling new diet which has seen her cut out sugar, dairy, gluten and alcohol in order to maintain her fabulous figure and keep in top health.
The supermodel, 29, has admitted to finding her strict eating plan 'brutal' and said that it has been a 'big challenge' for her.

The Victoria's Secret Angel told InStyle: 'I grew up on a farm so it has always been about meat and two veg. Now, I am building much more awareness of a healthy balance.'
Rosie is using a diet plan by Nigma Talib, naturopath doctor and skincare specialist to the stars.
Dr Talib, who treats celebrities such as Sienna Miller and make-up guru Charlotte Tilbury, is convinced food and drink has a direct and sometimes instant impact on our faces, resulting in recognisable symptoms she identifies as 'dairy face', 'wine face', 'sugar face' and 'gluten face'.

Devon-born Rosie said it took 'a couple of weeks' to get into the diet, but added that she feels 'fantastic' now that she has been on it for six weeks.
She said: 'It's certainly not something that would be realistic to keep up all year round, but it's made me much more mindful of my choices.'
However, the Mad Max actress added that she would 'definitely' be re-introducing 'some cakes and some cheese and some wine here and there'.
She said: 'It's kind of made me think about balance, and because I have been feeling so great lately I want to continue that streak.'
