Keeping it healthy! Charlie Sheen spends quality time with daughter Sam as they grab lunch at organic food store in Malibu

Charlie Sheen enjoyed some healthy bonding time on Thursday with his 12-year-old daughter Sam in Malibu, California.

The 50-year-old actor and his daughter with ex-wife Denise Richards stopped off at an organic health food store together.

Charlie kept it casual wearing a red Cincinnati Reds T-shirt, along with a black jacket and matching sweatpants and hat.

The Major League star accessorised with sunglasses and carried a to-go bag from the SunLife Organics shop.

Sam wore a classic schoolgirl outfit with a white polo shirt and plaid skirt over black leggings.

She had her long blonde hair down as she carried a bowl from the healthy food store.

Charlie was spotted earlier this week Sam, her mother Denise Richards, 45, and their 10-year-old daughter Lola.

The actor also has seven-year-old twins Bob and Max from ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

The Platoon star once paid about $55,000 a month in child support to Denise and Brooke, but recently had the amount reduced to $10,000 each monthly since his earnings have dipped, according to TMZ.

Charlie also was reportedly considering legal action claiming he is owed about $40 million from his cancelled TV show Anger Management.

In addition to being the series star, Charlie owns 30 percent of the sitcom and he claimed that he's yet to receive a single payment from his syndication deal, according to TMZ.

Charlie along with Nick Lachey are two of the most high-profile fans of the Reds baseball team but they've had little to cheer about this season with the team at the bottom of the National League Central standings.
