'Oh Jesus, oh Brian!' Heartwarming video shows Irish mother’s brilliant reaction after son returns home from Israel for her birthday

A heartwarming video shows the moment a son surprised his parents after a returning home from a trip in the Middle East.

Brian Byrne left his mother gobsmacked and his father with his head in his hands when he came back to Ireland for the first time in over a year after moving to Israel.

The 27-year-old, who often posts videos on his YouTube channel BrianIsQuiteTall, shocked both his parents after popping back to wish his mother a happy birthday.

Viewers around the world have been touched by the clip and it has been watched over 20,000 times since it was uploaded less than a week ago. 

At the beginning of the video Brian hides outside his parents' front door and rings the bell before leaping out on his mother, who stares open mouthed and exclaims 'Oh Jesus, oh Brian - you're here!'

The couple then share a touching embrace before the joker sets off to give his dad a little fright, who is relaxing and sitting with other family members in the back garden.

Holding a baby and chatting to Brian's sister, Brian's father has no idea that his son is creeping up on him.

When Brian delivers the surprise his father shudders with shock before handing over the baby and cradling his head in his hands.

Thankfully he sees the funny side as Brian and the others break into fights of giggles at the joke.

Smiling, he turns to Brian and calls him a 'devil' but is clearly happy that is son has returned from the Middle East.
