But Bella Hadid seemed to be overcome with sartorial shyness when she stepped out in the French Riviera town the following evening.

The brunette beauty cut a conservative figure when she attended the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc's amfAR charity gala.

Just 24 hours earlier the 19-year-old beauty stole the show in an extremely racy red Alexandre Vauthier silk wrap gown, which showed off every inch of her frame while exhibiting her choice to forgo underwear.

But she traded this approach for a much more formal choice, which instead saw her sport a floor-length gown in deep navy blue.

Covering her legs and much of her cleavage, it was quite the contrast.

The amfAR fundraiser, which raises money for AIDs research, will see the likes of Katy Perry perform for the A-list crowd, while Adriana Lima will co-chair the event.

After posing up a storm on the red carpet, the celebrities make their way into a lavish dinner which is followed by a no expense spared auction, with last year's event raising a staggering $30 million.

The event, which takes place just outside of Cannes, will also feature Kirsten Dunst, Vanessa Paradis and Donald Sutherland who are serving as chairs for the Cannes Film Festival Jury.
