They are both equally beautiful in their own right.

But put supermodel sisters Jessica and Ashley Hart together and they are a force to be reckoned with.

The two siblings stunned on the red carpet at Cannes on Thursday evening, as they attended AmfAR's 23rd Cinema Against AIDS Gala at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.

Former Victoria's Secret model Jessica, 30, was the more daring out of the two, showing a lot of front in a plunging cream and gold gown that flaunted her cleavage.

She further drew attention to her decolletage by accessorising with a dazzling diamond necklace, while toting a small gold bag.

The five foot nine glamazon further boosted her height in a pair of stilettos hidden beneath the hem of her dazzling metallic dress.

Meanwhile sister Ashley also showed some some skin in a sheer red gown with strategically placed beading to cover her modesty.

The 27-year-old, who has modelled for the likes of Mambo and Just Jeans, slicked her hair back into a half-up, half-down 'do, and wore simple accessories, including her gold wedding band from husband Buck Palmer.

Earlier in the day, blonde beauty Jessica shared with her more than 232,000 Instagram followers behind-the-scenes snaps of her preparation for the star-studded event.

She was seen getting fussed over by two hairstylists and days leading up to the event, indulged in a rejuvenating facial and eye mask.

While getting her hair done, Jessica took a selfie where she winked at the camera and gave her best pout.

A man and a woman were pictured fussing over her, curling her long locks with tongs.

The star captioned part of the shot: 'Here goes... Back stage at @amfar Cannes fashion show.'

This week Jessica also relaxed with a facial, saying her skin expert was 'working her magic on my tired skin.'

It appears she did the eye mask shortly after she jetted to France, captioning the shot: 'Touch down in Nice! Couldn't be happier to be here #cannes #amfarCannes @amfar.'

Jessica first touched down at Nice Airport on Wednesday, where she sparked rumours she was engaged to her boyfriend of six years, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos III, by wearing a ring on her wedding finger.

On Wednesday, Jessica attended the L'Oreal Paris Blue Obsession Party as part of the 69th Cannes Film Festival.

She turned heads in a pink and silver mini dress that flaunted her trim pins and put her toned figure on display.
