So it came as no surprise that Lara Lieto pulled out all the stops for the amfAR's 23rd Cinema Against AIDS Gala in Antibes on Friday.

Joined on the red carpet by her boyfriend Adrien Brody, 43, the pair made for a handsome couple as they headed into the star-studded event.
