She recently finalized her divorce from tennis pro Ryan Sweeting so no wonder she was celebrating.

Kaley Cuoco showed she's moved on beautifully as she posted a photo of her and new beau Karl Cook sharing a loving smooch.

The 30-year-old Big Bang Theory star and Karl - a professional equestrian and billionaire's son - were pictured puckering up while partially hidden by the actress' floppy hat.

'Finally': Kaley Cuoco put her love out there as she shared a kiss with new boyfriend Karl Cook in this Instagram snap posted on Thursday

Kaley's wide-brimmed chapeau kept her face shrouded in mystery with long strands of blonde hair falling across her shoulders.

The emotion was obviously in high gear as Kaley captioned the snap with a relieved, 'Finally.'

The pair have been making cosy appearances in several recent Instagrams of late, but this photo seemed to confirm the relationship is getting quite serious.

Meanwhile, Kaley and Ryan - who announced their split last September after just 21 months of marraige - finalized their divorce two weeks ago, according to People.

Thanks to her prenup the star will be allowed to keep her $72 million Big Bang Theory fortune.

Must love horses: Karl is a professional equestrian and can handle a filly and that makes him perfect for horse-lover Kaley

In 2014 she signed an agreement to star in 72 episodes of the hit show at a salary of $1 million an episode, according to TMZ.

The former tennis player, 28, will not receive spousal support from Kaley, but she will pay him $165,000 in two payments, according to the documents viewed by People.

She will also have to pay his attorney fees, though not in excess of $55,000.

And the TV star will also have to pay nearly $10,000 'for an outstanding bill Sweeting owes for legal services rendered to him in connection with the prenup,' according to the site.

Kaley gets to keep their stunning Mediterranean home in Tarzana, California, which Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom used to live in. She will also keep their Santa Barbara beach house.

That's a relief: Kaley must be breathing a sigh of relief now that the financial part of her divorce is over - and thanks to a prenup she will keep the bulk of her $72 million Big Bang Theory fortune
