Mending bridges? Charlie Sheen pictured spending the day with ex Denise Richards and their two children...after 'he evicted family from home amid legal battle'
They have been embroiled in a legal battle.
But on Tuesday it appeared Charlie Sheen and ex wife Denise Richards put their squabbles aside to spend the day with their two children.
The two actors and their daughters Sam, 12, and Lola, 10, were spotted in Malibu after it was claimed Sheen had evicted Richards and their two children from a home he had bought for them.

Sheen, 50, wore a bandage on his hand as was dressed casually in shorts, a T-shirt, and a pink button down.
Denise, 45, looked to be in a thoughtful mood as she tied her blonde locks up into a loose knot while walking with her arm around Lola.
Earlier this year TMZ reported that Denise is in the process of suing the Platoon star for $1.2 million.

The legal wrangle comes after Charlie had his ex-wife and their daughters evicted from their Los Angeles home and then sent them abusive texts - according to court documents obtained by the site.
The actor also allegedly asked Denise and the girls to move into a nearby home he purchased in trust for the daughters.
However, after they moved, Sheen became erratic and abusive and had the family evicted from the property, court documents allege.
