So fly! Kesha shows off bohemian chic style in patterned trousers and top as she jets out of LA for Billboard Music Awards in Vegas

She's never afraid to push the envelope when it comes to her funky, day-to-day style.

But Kesha departed from her ordinarily quirky fashion sense when she took a flight out of LAX and and into Las Vegas on Friday.

The 29-year-old struck a far more chic note with her loose bohemian print trousers, matching jacket and floppy baby blue hat.

The refined outfit hung loose upon her hourglass frame, with the trousers nipping high at her waist and flaring out in a bell bottom style.

Kesha paired the look with a matching hand bag slung on her arm and a low-cut black top, giving fans a show of her cleavage.

She protected her vision behind a large pair of retro style sunglasses and slicked on a swipe of nude lip gloss and sun kissed pink blush for a slightly bronzed glow.

Kesha has a lot to look forward to once she arrives in Sin City, as the songbird has just learned her record label Kemosabe Records, which was founded by Dr. Luke, has given her the OK to perform at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday.

The label previously withdrew permission over fears she would use the occasion to make a statement about their ongoing courtroom battle over her career.

Her set was initially canceled after TMZ reported she planned a 'statement performance' that 'might even include images' of Dr Luke - though she wrote on Instagram that wasn't true.

On Thursday Kemosabe Records said in a statement: 'Kesha's performance on the Billboard Music Awards was always approved, in good faith.

'Approval was only suspended when Kemosabe learned Kesha was to use the performance as a platform to discuss the litigation.

'Now that Kemosabe has obtained assurances, that it is relying upon, from Kesha, her representatives and Dick Clark Productions that neither Kesha nor her supporters will use the performance as such a platform, the approval has been restored.'

The dispute stems from the singer's unsuccessful attempt to scrap her six-album recording contract with Sony Music earlier this year, accusing Dr. Luke of sexual assault in 2014.

The legal case, which is ongoing, sparked the #FreeKesha campaign on social media and earned support from artists such as Taylor Swift, Adele and Lady Gaga.

Kesha will perform Bob Dylan's It Ain't Me Babe at the awards ceremony.
