They both found fame thanks to high profile romances with famous reality stars.

And now it appears Gaz Beadle's ex-girlfriend Lillie Lexie Greg has found love with Vicky Pattison's former flame Stephen Bear as the pair were spotted enjoying a passionate kiss in London on Tuesday.

The pair, who are rumoured to be starring on the new series of Ex On The Beach, were pictured putting on a very amorous display outside their London hotel while waiting for a taxi.

The seemingly loved-up couple couldn't keep their lips off each other after celebrating Lillie's birthday together the night before.

Fashion designer Lillie showed off her legs in summery white ensemble which she teamed with high heels.

While she was pulled away from the PDA session by a phone call, smitten Stephen continued to nuzzle into her neck.

They first sparked speculation they were together by sharing loved-up Snapchats with fans, and later appeared to confirm their relationship by liking tweets referring to them as a "couple" on Twitter.

Lillie Lexie Greg looked all loved up when she was spotted outside a London hotel earlier this week!

However news of their romance hasn't gone down well with Vicky Pattison as she hit out at them in her column for new! magazine.

The former Geordie Shore star wrote: 'After seeing pics of my ex Stephen Bear with both Lillie Lexie and Jemma Lucy, I've realise who me friends are.

'I wish Bear all the best with whoever he ends up with, but I don't like to see friends of mine out with him. It's disrespectful.'

She added: 'I wouldn't normally be bothered but Lillie actually rang me the day before she went into the new series of Ex, asking for my advice!

'She was really scared and I sat there like some sort of muggy agony aunt, telling her how great she was and handing out all my reality TV pearls of wisdom, only for her to then go and s**g my ex. Really, I'm shocked.'

And Gaz might have had his own say on the matter after he was pictured having an explosive row with Lillie outside the Libertine Club in London last week.

The Geordie Shore star confirmed his split from Lillie in November 2015 after a year-long relationship due to 'career challenges.'

However it appears that the Gaz and Lillie's break-up came as a surprise to the fashion designer, as the couple 'were planning to a buy a home together,' with Lillie believing she'd found 'true love.'

A rep for Gaz said: 'Gary says he has ultimate respect for Lillie but the challenges of his career and associated travel are not conducive with having a relationship. There is no third party involved.'

The 27-year-old reality star extended his best wishes to his fashion-designer ex on Twitter, writing: 'Single again... Want to wish Lillie all the best for the future.. Was an amazing year..'

Lillie also took to Twitter to inform her followers of the break-up, reiterating there was no one incident which caused it.

'Just to confirm! Gary and I have split. We had the most incredible year and relationship! There is nothing and never will be anything bad between us! Work commitments for us both and career directions have made us being together very difficult! X,' she wrote.

There was no love lost between Vicky and Stephen following their split last October, with the queen of the jungle branding him 'vile'. She told New! magazine: 'He's literally been the most vile, horrendous, snaky, conniving and manipulative person I have ever met.

'I'm truly shocked that I've allowed myself to get so taken in - but there you go. Love is blind, or in my case, blind, deaf, stupid.

'I have never let a man to mug us off as many times as he has. I feel I'm over it.'
