And it seems Alex Gerrard was in good spirits as she left the gym on Thursday morning following yet another workout session in her local gym.

The blonde beauty, who is married to former Liverpool FC skipper Steven Gerrard, was seen laughing with friends as she drew attention to her toned frame in a vibrant top and black leggings.

The WAG displayed her enviably tanned long legs to the fullest as she cut a pouty figure into the celebrity hotspot in West Hollywood.

Killing it in the accessories stakes, she swung a python Louis Vuitton bag from her shoulder and lent a touch of insouciance to the ensemble with a black ribbon choker and diamante necklace.

Alex, who shares three children with footballer husband Steven, highlighted her peepers with a slick of eyeliner and a bronze eyeshadow and plumped her pout with a glossy, nude lipstick.

Alex and Steven moved their family from Merseyside to California last year after he signed a contract with LA Galaxy.

Steven, 35, signed an 18-month contract with the club but has hinted he will retire this year as he's found the football in America 'challenging and difficult'.

But whilst they may only have moved Stateside for his career, there's no guarantee the family will move back to England as the footballer admitted that he's fallen in love with his new home.

Talking to CNN recently, he said: 'There's so much to do out here for myself and my family.

'It's been a smooth transition off the pitch and hopefully this year I can be a success and then I'll go away very, very happy.

'Whatever you want to do it's available. It's just a super place to live.'
