She's a fan of sharing sexy work-out snaps on Instagram.

But Lauren Goodger was working a more dressed down sports look on Thursday as she turned her attention to her feet, and headed out for a pedicure.

The 29-year-old former TOWIE star showed off her curves as she wore black Puma leggings and a scoop necked white sports top as she headed into the salon with a large bottle of water.

With a patterned sports bra peeking out from underneath, the reality star wore her hair piled on top of her head in an up-do and a large pair of purple tinted sunglasses.

Despite the fact all attention would be on her feet, Lauren made sure her make-up was pristine with lip gloss and some blusher to brighten up her look.

Her practical black trainers gave her feet a rest from the heels and pointy toes of her more usual dressed-up look.

Fitness guru Lauren Goodger was spotted in her usual sportish look when heading out for some pampering in Essex earlier this week. Wearing a pair of Puma print leggings, she had ditched the jacket for a scoop necked sport top with a printed bra underneath. Looking fresh Lauren!

The former reality star, insisted the pair are amicable and said she is 'feeling positive and looking forward to the future'.

A spokesperson for Lauren said in a statement released to MailOnline: 'We can confirm that Lauren and Jake have split up. 

'The break was amicable and there was no-one else involved. Lauren is feeling positive and looking forward to the future.'
