Heidi Klum may have been sure to add skyscraper heels to her ensemble, but she forgot her bra for a day out in the sun on Wednesday.

The supermodel put on a very glamorous display for a date with her boyfriend Vito Schnabel in France, keeping up with all of the 'eclat' of Cannes Film Festival.

Germany's Next Top Model star Heidi wore the same top without any undergarments when she came straight to Cannes from Palma, where she was filming the finale of her show.

There was no disputing her own supermodel status as she stood on the steps to the famous Hotel Du Cap in Antibes.

She met her 29-year-old boyfriend in height with her killer heels on as he tapped away on his mobile phone.

Heidi's legs were left bare but she robed a blanket wrap around her shoulders that was no quite well placed enough to cover her see-through top.

Though her busty display was brazen, she largely hid her appearance behind oversized sunglasses while they shared an exchange with another festival-goer.

Vito was equally low-key in a navy jumper and khaki trousers he led the exchange with books tucked under one arm.

Heidi and Vito arrived last Friday so they've spent almost a week with the A-list, soaking up the sun and the inimitable atmosphere.

The likes of Susan Sarandon are still in the area for the 69th annual Film Festival and she too was seen leaving her hotel that day.

Heidi tweeted on Thursday to say that she was looking forward to the Cannes: Cinema Against AIDS amfAR Gala that the Hollywood elite are waiting for.

She posted to say that she was 'proud to be supporting the fight to end AIDs' as she anticipates joining Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Bella Hadid and Sharon Stone at the Hotel Eden Roc.
