Kim Zolciak has long denied claims that she has had plastic surgery on her face - admitting only that she has had breast implants and a tummy tuck.

And now the 38-year-old has spoken out on behalf of her daughter Brielle to insist rumours the teen has been under the knife are false.

Kim told TMZ that the 19-year-old has absolutely not had plastic surgery, stating that the only work she has had done are lip fillers.

Brielle got her lips plumped by Kylie Jenner's doctor in November, when she was 18, and shared the results on Instagram.

Kim's fans commented that her eldest daughter was looking different in a photo she shared to Instagram on Thursday.

The snapshot showed Brielle with her arms wrapped around her mother and adoptive father Kroy Biermann, and the Don't Be Tardy star decided to delete it after reading the negative comments.

Kim told TMZ that the only reason her daughter looks different in the photo is because of the odd angle, and added that she is wearing less make-up on her eyes than usual.

Kroy whisked Kim off to the Turks & Caicos Islands for Kim's 38th birthday on Thursday, and Brielle crashed the romantic getaway.

On Saturday, the teen shared Snapchat videos while flashing her cleavage as she and her mother hung out in bikinis.

Last year, Brielle denied claims that she has had breast implants, telling fans: You only think that when I wear a really good bra.'

'I will always nip and tuck if I feel the need to do so,' the mother-of-six shared to E! News earlier this month.

But Kim continues to deny widespread speculation that she has had a nose job.

Last August during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, a caller asked if she'd had work done to her face, and Kim quickly replied: 'No.'

The former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star continued to insist that she has not had any surgery on her nose when Andy said he was sure she'd 'had a little bit shaved off'.

As well as Brielle and daughter Ariana, 14, from previous relationships, Kim is mom to KJ, who turns five later this month, Kash, three, and two-year-old twins Kane and Kaia with husband Kroy.
