But there appears to be one thing that Britain's Got Talent judges Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon can't resist fighting over - the title of 'best dressed judge' on the show.  

And on Sunday's live Semi Final the both Amanda, 45, and Alesha, 37, went all out to trump each other in the style stakes, with both star's opting for eye-grabbing ensembles.

Amanda didn't hold back and went for a shimmering black sheer gown, which ensured her incredible figure was firmly in the limelight.

The Wild At Heart star slipped her slender curves into the black see-through gown, which was embellished with a layer of gold glitter.

Throwing caution to the wind, Amanda showcased her saucy sartorial sass thanks to the figure-hugging garment's thigh high slash and cleavage exposing keyhole panel of the torso.

Preserving her modesty in the racy evening gown, the Portsmouth-born star wore a black body beneath.

She rounded her golden girl look off, the blonde beauty donned a pair of towering Yves Saint Lauren heels - also in gold.

She kept her accessories to a minimum, and only wore earrings and a handful of metallic, glittering rings. 

Wearing her long platinum locks scraped off of her face in a topknot ponytail, she allowed her gently waving tresses to tumble down past her shoulders and frame her face.

Opting for a smokey eye and natural palette of make-up Amanda ensured her pretty features were highlighted.

Alesha meanwhile went for a toga-inspired red mini dress, which ensured that all eyes were on her as she sashayed out on-stage alongside Amanda and their fellow judges, Simon and David Walliams.

Teaming the mini with a pair of towering silver peep-toe stilettos, Alesha ensure her lithe and gym-honed legs were perfectly defined and highlighted in all their glory. 

She rounded her look off with a smattering of statement jewellery, including a silver torque and a swirling bracelet.

Alesha wore her peroxide-dyed locks slicked back off of her pretty face, allowing her naturally striking features to shine through.

Utilizing a minimum and natural palette of make-up, she kept her to her simple yet sizzling theme.

The duo's show-stopping sartorial war came as Britain's Got Talent aired live on Sunday night for the dramatic semi-final.
