And Kate Wright was reaping the rewards of her energetic efforts as she flashed a hint of toned tum in a semi-sheer crop top for a night out on Saturday. 

The 24-year-old reality TV star showcased her ample assets in the sexy black blouse, which exposed her lacy lingerie underneath.

And she poured her hourglass curves into a pair of smart grey trousers that grazed her ankles and cinched in her tiny waist with intricate draw-cord detailing. 

Kate maintained her high-glamour style in the footwear department as she rounded off her ensemble with a pair of sky-high strappy sandals, which displayed her pretty lilac pedicure.

But she kept her accessories to a minimum as she simply threw on a plain black shoulder bag, with a dainty gold strap and added just a touch more sparkle to her look with a large silver wristwatch.

The TOWIE star looked fresh faced for her night out as she sported a dewy complexion and an enviably sun-kissed glow.

And the Essex native couldn't hide her happiness at being out in London as she showed off her perfectly pearly whites for the camera and accentuated her lips with a slick of rose-coloured gloss.
