Fitness guru Josie Gibson shows off her healthy figure in skintight denim leggings while running errands in West London

She's spoken candidly about the loneliness and heartache she has felt since splitting with her ex-fiancé Luke Sanwo last year.

But on Saturday television personality Josie Gibson seemed to have pushed the painful memories out of her mind, as she looked the picture of happiness while running errands in West London.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner, who famously lost nine stone in one year, cut a healthy figure in skintight denim leggings and a black top, smiling from ear-to-ear as she turned the pavement into a runway all her own.

The 31-year-old beauty revved up the look with a black leather jacket with several metallic embellishments that stopped just north of her waist.

Known for her lively looks, she added a splash of colour with an oversized golden bum bag and black adidas trainers with yellow, red and blue accents.

Confident in her natural beauty, Josie wore the lightest dusting of blush, a subtle pink lip and just a touch of kohl eyeliner.

Josie's dramatic weight loss has been an inspiration to millions and helped her transition from TV personality to personal trainer and nutritional advisor.

She now runs slimmables.com, a web site that helps people 'live green and clean', and she has authored the lifestyle cookbook Love Food, which offers various tasty and healthy recipes.

The Bristol-born beauty has spoken candidly about the need to combat food addictions, comparing food to 'hardcore Class-A drugs.'

In April, during an appearance on Good Morning Britain, she said that she was fat-shamed for two years before losing weight and branded 'Free Willy' on Twitter.

Josie said that she wishes her friends had been candid with her about her weight issues, rather than trying to protect her feelings.

She said: 'I did not realise how big I was,' she said. 'And people used to say to me, "You're not fat!" but I obviously was.

'I know they were just trying to save my feelings. But they weren't helping me. If one of my friends ever asked me if they had put on weight and they had, I would agree with them.'

She told hosts Kate Garraway and Ben Shepherd: 'People need help and support when it comes to addictions. Education is key.
