After being practically inseparable from his girlfriend Chloe Grace Moretz for a week, Brooklyn Beckham jetted back to his home on Saturday.

And it was back to reality for the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham as he cut a jet-lagged figure in London on Monday morning.

The 17-year-old appeared to be somewhat downcast as he stepped out with friends in the city sporting a very casual ensemble.

His brunette locks were left untamed while he donned a maroon sweater, grey trousers and gingham shoes.

And Chloe made it clear she was already missing her beau on Sunday as she shared a black-and-white image of her beau holding her tiny dog, along with the caption, 'These two.'

The young gave the camera a playful smirk as he held the little dog, who wore a string of pearl beads, close to his chest.

Chloe and Brooklyn have been attached at the hip this past week, with the teens even appearing together at the premiere of Chloe's new film, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.

After first sparking speculation they had rekindled their romance last month, Brooklyn has recently shared a number of pictures of himself and Chloe on his Instagram account, and described her as his 'bae.'

Chloe said during an appearance on The Talk they chose now as the time to reveal their relationship status as hiding it was putting them under strain.

She said: 'Well, we've been off and on together for a couple of years now, and we just kind of made it official.'

She added: 'We were always running from people taking pictures of us. And we were like, 'You know what? It's affecting our relationship.

'We weren't able to go to the restaurants we wanted to go to or just go to a movie.

'And so we thought, "You know what? If we're more upfront about it and we break down the iron curtain and we just let them take our photo, they're not going to care."'

Chloe went on to confirm their relationship earlier this month during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

Brooklyn and Chloe were first linked in the summer of 2014 after meeting at Paris Fashion Week although they never confirmed that they were more than friends.

However things had fizzled out between the teenagers by that August, when they unfollowed each other on Twitter, until they reunited last month.
