Teen Mom star Amber Portwood ordered to pay more child support as ex Gary Shirley keeps full custody of their daughter Leah

After years of fighting, looks like this family finally is moving towards peace - albeit a more expensive one.

TMZ reports Teen Mom Amber Portwood and ex Gary Shirley have finally sured up their parental agreement after a long running custody battle.

A judge has ordered to continue with the original decision to give the 29-year-old dad full physical custody of the former couple's seven-year-old child Leah.

Gary has had legal custody of the little girl since 2011 but his 26-year-old former girlfriend has long fought to get back partial custody.

While the MTV stars had decided to try to ask the judge for joint legal and physical custody of Leah last year, but according to the website, descended into a battle over child support payments.

However, it seems the duo have once again waved the white flag and last week came to a settlement in an Indiana court.

The settlement looks nothing like their original plan but was signed off on by both the former couple and a judge.

The judge, according to the website, saw no reason to change the previous agreement giving Gary full time custody.

The judge did, however, change how much Amber must pay in child support no doubt with the recent resurgence of her popularity thanks to Teen Mom OG in mind.

Amber will now pay $1,200 a month to Gary in child support.

The once-teenage mother original gave up custody as she was struggling with addiction and also had a number of legal dramas.

While the star is now clean and sober, the pair told TMZ that they wanted to move past their battles and focus on co-parenting their child.

Gary and Amber have had a volatile relationship with tempers flaring recently on the show still.

Most of those issues have to do with Amber's fiance Matt Baier, who is 19 years Amber's senior.

Gary put Matt - who has also struggled with addiction - on blast after discovering secret child custody battles with Matt and a number of women.

Gary claimed Matt had several children he had not told Amber about as she thought he had just two.

Matt has now admitted to having five children but reports suggest he could have as many as eight.

Despite the betrayal, Amber and Matt still plan to marry in October this year.
