She has been careful to keep her private life under wraps since becoming a first-time parent.

But Jaime Winstone couldn't resist sharing a sweet snap of herself and her baby boy with her followers on social media.

The 30-year-old was seen planting a tender kiss on the head of her tot while his little hand stroked her cheek.

She captioned the image shared with her 37,500 Instagram followers with the words: 'Love my baby boy.'

Jaime welcomed her first child with boyfriend James Suckling but was soon forced to defend herself after she shared a picture of herself breastfeeding online.

Smiling down the lens as she fed her newborn, Jaime was a picture of serenity in the sweet snap which she captioned: 'Morning #mamalife.'

Showing off her natural beauty by going make-up free in the snap, she radiated with the glow of motherhood in the selfie.

But whilst the Kidulthood star received plenty of kind messages and support from her fans, the new mum was also subject to cruel comments from internet trolls who mocked the image.

Yet Jaime didn't let the negative messages affect her as she posted in the comments section: 'To you above.. Stay off my Instagram with your nasty vibes, not welcome here.'

Jamie announced her pregnancy in September but later revealed she discovered that she was pregnant after June's Glastonbury 2015 music festival.

Speaking on Lorraine, Jaime revealed that her famous father Ray Winstone was overjoyed when he heard the news.

She said: 'He just can't wait. We're hoping for a little boy maybe but we don't know. They are super excited, we all are. It's a massive blessing.'

And the father-daughter duo seemed to be making the most of her pregnancy over the Christmas period after the star posted a picture of herself comparing her blossoming baby bump to the soon-to-be grandad's burgeoning bare stomach.

Sharing the snap with her 32,500 followers on Instagram, the 30-year-old actress cheekily poked fun at herself labeling the incident 'a bump off'.

Jaime kept her fans updated with the stages of her pregnancy, regularly sharing snaps of her growing bump as she prepared to welcome her first child.
