Jennifer Lawrence admitted that she had a 'really bad feeling about this' as she appeared on Monday on The Tonight Show.

The 25-year-old actress was candid about her concern and told host Jimmy Fallon about it from the start.

'Sorry those were my first words,' said Jennifer who wore a grey slip dress and open-toed silver heels.

Jimmy, 41, noted how the actress when she first started didn't understand how to navigate press events.

Jennifer then recalled an international press conference as a teenager for her 2008 drama The Burning Plain that also starred Kim Basinger and Charlize Theron.

The Hunger Games star said Kim couldn't join her, Charlize and director Guillermo Arriaga for a press conference and a reporter asked, 'Where is Kim Basinger?'.

'And I said, ''You didn't hear? Kim died.'', Jennifer recalled.
