She has switched dazzling on screen to becoming a star of Capital radio, so former Emmerdale star Gemma Oaten proved she had lost none of her glamour as she stepped out at a summer event.

The actress looked elegant in a peach coloured culotte jumpsuit as she turned heads on Monday night.

Gemma, 31, beamed as she arrived at the Bobby World Premiere where she put on a busty display alongside pals at Wembley Stadium on Monday.

It seems the actress is handling the heartbreak well, as she headed off on a sun-soaked getaway in Morocco soon after.

The actress' break comes in the wake of her split with Andy, who she had been dating since late 2015. He reportedly broke off their five-month relationship due to feeling uncomfortable with her famous status.

'Gemma really thought Andy was for keeps,' a source told The Mirror. 'He was being very intense and had been with her at her family home. Then last Monday he turned round out of the blue and ended it.

'It was a bit of a shock to say the least. But Gemma is a strong woman, she has been through a lot and won't let this get her down.'

Calling it one of the 'biggest heartbreaks' of her life, she opened up about her 13-year personal battle during an appearance on Lorraine.

The 31-year-old soon became emotional after seeing the opening images of her when she was younger, later explaining: 'I think seeing those pictures, to be honest I haven't seen those in five or six years and wow, it brings back a lot of memories.

'I was petrified of starting school because I was being bullied,' she said. 'But here I am today and it's down to this wonderful woman my mum, and my dad who is backstage.'

Gemma is best known for playing Rachel Breckle in Emmerdale - a role which she took up in July 2011. She bid farewell to the ITV soap in August last year and now presents on Capital Radio.
