She's done it again! Renee Zellweger, 46, is unrecognizable as she sports fuller lips and wrinkle-free face on coffee run in LA

She's made headlines several times in the past couple of years with her changing looks and on Monday she displayed far fuller lips than of late.

The Bridget Jones star was spotted picking up a tray of coffees-to-go and sporting what appeared to be a very enhanced pout.

Her upper lip was two to three times the size of her lower lip and the 46-year-old's face and neck looked completely free of wrinkles.

Something's changed: The actress, 46. had much fuller lips than she did back in March when she made an appearance at the Austin Music Awards in Texas, right

The very slim actress was dressed in sports wear including black cropped Lycra leggings with black ankle socks and purple trainers.

She had on a padded vest over a long-sleeved dark gray sweat top and walked with a large black bag slung diagonally across her back.

She completed the look with a blue baseball cap over her long blonde hair.

Speculation: The actress has made headlines before about her changing appearance that makes her seem different from when she first found fame in Jerry Maguire and Bridget Jones's Diary

Renee sparked a heated debate back in 2014 when it appeared she had dramatically altered her appearance.

At the time she dismissed the speculation as 'silly.'

During an appearance on NBC's Today in March, she explained that she doesn't pay attention to what's being said or written about her.

'It's not really part of my life. It's part of the job, that I don't really experience except when I step into this arena'' the Jerry Maguire beauty said.

'In my home I'm not aware of it. I don't do any kind of social media, so I don't see it. I like to have.... I guess you would call them, real experiences.'
