Electro-pop singer Z LaLa was back to her usual attention-getting ways on the pink carpet of the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday.

The 23-year-old worst-dressed champ - whose fashion tastes have been skewered by Billboard, E! News, Business Insider, Yahoo! - donned a black caged ball gown and a sky-high wig creation.

Also standing out in the wrong ways at T-Mobile Arena was Rihanna taking a rare misstep in a brown blazer dress which looked incorrectly buttoned as well as Manolo Blahnik mules.
