She's opened up in the past about how she stays in shape, and it seems all of Bridget Malcolm’s hard work is paying off.

The Victoria’s Secret model was in incredible form as she snapped a selfie of her washboard abs, which she later uploaded for her myriad of Instagram followers to see on Tuesday.

The 23-year-old showed off her enviable figure in all its glory in a red crop top teamed with a pair of loose-fitting trousers.

She left her luscious blonde locks our and straight, while ditching the makeup to let her natural beauty shine through.

Bridget looked to be in good spirits as she pulled a sultry pose in front of a mirror, while slightly grabbing down one side of her grey trousers to reveal her maroon underpants.

She simply captioned the post: ‘Workout done, time to fly.’

Bridget, a dedicated vegan, maintains her figure following a healthy diet and vigorous exercise schedule.

She revealed to Daily Mail Australia at Mercedes-Benz Australian Fashion Week in Sydney she'd mixed her workout up before strutting her stuff down the Victoria's Secret catwalk in December.

'I did a combo of cardio and strengthening. I was doing a lot of megaformer workouts, boxing and running,' she confessed.

Due to the wedding being in the US, the newly-weds will also have a party on Rottnest Island, off the coast of Perth, in November for Bridget's family.

The glamazon was discovered in 2007 when she placed third in an annual Vivien's model search in Western Australia.

She has since walked for Australian retailer David Jones, Ralph Lauren and Stella McCartney while also posing for Harper's Bazaar, Elle and V Magazine.
